Refund/Return Policy

All products sold by www.CCMARINEFLOORING.com come with a 30-day money back guarantee. If you choose to return your item for any reason within 30 days, you will receive a refund for the cost of the product upon delivery back to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be sent to us within 30 days of receipt.  Refunds for the original shipping cost will not be refunded nor the cost to return the material, unless the fault lies with Captains Choice Marine Vinyl.  This would include a warranty issue or Captains Choice sending the wrong color.

Upon receiving your authorized return, we will issue a refund for the vinyl. Any extra shipping charges associated with the order will not be refunded. This includes any extra shipping charge for orders shipped outside of the continental United States. The customer will, in all cases, be responsible for paying for return shipping. The customer will not be refunded for the return shipping cost. In items damaged during shipping, please let us know immediately so a claim can be filed.

Please take care to return our items in the same condition they were received.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
