Shipping policy

SHIPPING   

We typically ship all items within 1-2 business days, but sometimes it may take 4-5 days to process orders due to holidays and weekends. If an order will be delayed over 5 days for any reason we will do our best to inform our customers of such changes. Please note our flooring is shipped from our warehouse in GA.  Most orders are received in about 2-7 business days after shipping.

We do our best to fill orders as fast as possible in the order received. We ship the majority of our products through FedEx. Samples are sent via FedEx. All rolls are shipped through FedEx Home/Ground Delivery. We don’t require a signature for delivery, but we can do so upon request. If the volume is high enough we may ship via freight. Please feel free to inquire with us about estimated shipping times of specific items before ordering.  We will do our best to accommodate specific shipping requests.                               

You will receive an email with the shipment tracking number when a label has been created for your shipment. We also ship outside the continental US but the price is usually more expensive. Please call for a shipping quote if you are in one of these areas.   We will not be responsible for the cost of any taxes, duties, customs charges etc. when shipping to a foreign country (including Canada). Again you may be subject to import taxes. Our shipping charge covers only the cost of shipping the item.  

Our items are shipped in heavy duty plastic wrapping. Our fabric is durable, but caution should be used when opening the package as sharp objects like scissors could scratch or cut the fabric. Open the package with caution as to not damage your item.
